The Mid-South is Going Under

It’s raining in Tennessee. A lot. Nashville & Memphis are both flooded in several areas, and I even saw a video of one of those trailer classrooms from a school floating down I-24 before it crashed into a (mostly submerged) car, and breaking into pieces. Five people have died so far, and this is just Day 1. The rain is supposed to continue for the next 3 or 4 days. I live right across the road from the Cumberland river, which is a little unnerving, but I think I’m on high enough ground that I’ll be ok. But this is some serious rain. I’ve never seen it rain this much, this hard, all day long. I’m starting to think I should build an ark.
